We specialise in smart solutions that save our clients time and hassle. We have more than 30 years combined experience serving the community we live and work in and strive to get it right the first time, every time!
MEET THE TEAM
Joe Shelley, Director, Lead Climber
Joe climbs trees with a chainsaw! He has been around, in, and up trees his whole life. Now with a Certificate III arborist qualification and over 5 years leading the team at Mount Bulli, Joe understands the importance of safety both for himself and the entire team. Joe is constantly finding ways to improve task efficiency. He develops smart solutions for challenging jobs that others shy away from. Joe grew up on an avocado farm and gained extensive experience pruning trees and an appreciation for hard work. He enjoys mechanics and engineering projects and loves delivering on big jobs.
Callum Malseed, Climber, Area Manager
Callum is Joe's right-hand-man and they work as the perfect duo. Callum is a versatile professional who excels in multiple roles within in the company; serving as area manager, site supervisor and climber. His commitment to safety, his technical expertise and leadership qualities make Callum a pivotal part of our team.
Bronwyn de Wet, Administration, Financial Coordinator
Bronwyn has great organisational skills. Her friendly nature and experience in customer service will ensure your communication with Mount Bulli runs smoothly and efficiently so that all your tree needs are taken care of. Her time management and planning abilities arrange the crew's schedule so that everyone wins. The boys on site may be all the brain and brawn but she is definitely the well-exercised muscle behind the operations.
Louis Dancet, Machinery operator, Climber
As our main machinery operator Louis plays an integral part in ensuring site operations run seamlessly. He keeps up with Joes 'out there' ideas and provides alternative suggestions. Louis steps away from his own construction business to join us on site.
Dylan McKinnon, Groundsman, Truck driver
Dylan's hard work and grit is what keeps things on the ground running smoothly. His knowledge and foresight enables him to assist the climbers efficiently and orchestrate the tidying up so we leave your garden mess-free. Dylan also works with Louis on building sites.
